Privacy policy.

What we collect
- Account data (email, name, profile picture) provided through Clerk when you sign in.
- Content you create or upload (chat messages, generated visualizations, files attached to chats).
- Usage telemetry — page views, feature interactions, and aggregated performance metrics — collected via PostHog and Sentry to improve the product.
- Billing details handled by Stripe; we never store full card numbers ourselves.
How we use it
- To run the product: authenticate you, store your visualizations, generate AI responses, and bill your subscription.
- To improve the product: aggregate usage data, debug errors, and prioritize features.
- To contact you about account-related changes (security, billing, major product updates). We do not send marketing email without explicit opt-in.
Who we share it with
- AI providers we send your prompts to: OpenRouter, DigitalOcean Gradient, Anthropic, Google, NVIDIA, ElevenLabs, OpenAI. Each is governed by their own data-handling policies.
- Infrastructure providers: Vercel (hosting), Neon (Postgres), Trigger.dev (background jobs), AWS S3 + Remotion Lambda (asset storage and rendering), Clerk (auth), Stripe (billing), PostHog (analytics), Sentry (errors).
- We do not sell your data to advertisers, ever.
Public visualizations
- You can mark a visualization as public; it then appears on the Community page and at /v/<id>. Anything you publish is intended for sharing — only publish content you are comfortable making visible.
- You can unpublish at any time from the visualization page.
Your rights
- You can export, edit, or delete your visualizations from the Visualizations page.
- You can delete your account, which removes your visualizations, chat history, and personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized analytics may persist.
- Email hello@galexia.ai if you need a manual export, deletion, or have any other data request.
Cookies
- We use cookies for authentication (Clerk session), preferences (theme, viewed-modal flags), and analytics (PostHog). No third-party advertising cookies.
Children
- Galexia is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Parents who believe their child has signed up should email hello@galexia.ai for account removal.
Changes
- This policy may change as the product evolves; the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes (new categories of data, new sub-processors) will be announced in-app and by email.
