Terms of service.

The deal
- By using Galexia you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
- Galexia is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
- We may update these terms; continued use after a material update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced in-app and by email.
Your account
- You must be 13 or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.
- One human, one account. Don't share accounts.
What you can do
- Use Galexia to generate visualizations of educational, professional, creative, or personal content.
- Publish visualizations to the public Community gallery (you can unpublish anytime).
- Export, share, embed, and remix any visualization you create.
What you can't do
- Generate content that is illegal, infringes others' intellectual property, depicts minors in sexual contexts, harasses individuals, promotes violence, or violates the terms of any AI provider we route through.
- Reverse-engineer the service, scrape it at scale, or attempt to bypass rate limits, paywalls, or quota enforcement.
- Resell access to your account or use it as a backend for a competing AI product.
Content ownership
- You retain rights to the prompts you write and the visualizations Galexia generates from them, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers (some output may not be copyrightable in your jurisdiction).
- You grant Galexia a non-exclusive license to host, render, and serve your visualizations as needed to operate the product, plus to display public visualizations to other users on the Community page.
Subscription & billing
- Free plan: limited monthly visualization quota; watermark on shared links. Pro plan: higher quota, longer videos, priority rendering, no watermark. See /pricing for current limits.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. Cancel anytime from your billing page; access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are at our discretion and typically not granted for partial billing periods. Email hello@galexia.ai if you have a billing dispute.
Termination
- You can delete your account anytime from settings.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Egregious abuse (CSAM, fraud, attacks on the platform) is grounds for immediate termination and reporting to authorities.
Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galexia and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars.
Governing law
- These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Galexia is incorporated. Disputes will first be addressed informally; if unresolved, by binding arbitration where applicable, or by courts of competent jurisdiction.
